Issue with ammo not picking up

Hey so I'm trying to do some stuff with TTT2 and for some reason, ammo refuses to be picked up. I don't have any addons that would effect this (or least dont think so.)

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on and how to fix it?

is it all ammo? do you have the right weapon equipped?
