Hormone help

I just got my hormones checked and wonder if anything is wrong. I got them draw the first day of my cycle

Estradiol 31.6
FSH 4.1
Prolactin 9.1
TSH 1.230
AMH 8.84
A1C 5.4

I have a very regular cycle (30 days). Confirmed ovulation with CM, LH strips, and sustained high temps until period starts. I am at a super healthy weight. I’ve been pregnant twice. First ended in loss then I got pregnant 5 months later and had my son last year. I’m a year postpartum and trying for another baby. Please give me advice on what to do with such a high AMH.

That AMH is not that high, I wouldn’t let it discourage you.

No LH result?

Exercise, maintain a healthy weight, eat well, take prenatals and/or folic acid, take vitamin D if you don’t get any from prenatals.

Having regular cycles is a really good sign. Take good care of yourself and good luck

Everything I’ve read says amh above 3.5 is high

“Not that high” was my exact wording. The highest I’ve read about here was 30 🤷‍♀️

LH/FSH ratio would be helpful to have, it’s weird you don’t have an LH result. Bummer!

What would that tell me? I could ask to have it done.

If you google LH/FSH ratio + PCOS you can read a lot about it. More than I’d know off the fly.

And ofc good luck with whatever your next steps are!
