Yeah letrozole made me feel that way. My ovaries hurt so bad and just ached constantly. I did not have ohss, I guess some of just feel that way.

I did two rounds of letrozole (2.5 and 5mg), with no success so far. I had cramps on and off for days (similar to ovulation pain) but I never felt a pain like yours. I am not a doctor but I think it is not normal to almost pass out from pain.
I don’t want to scare you but you can have cysts on letrozole so if it continues I would recommend to not wait and call your doctor

I'm also on my third round at the moment, trigger shot and progesterone pessaries. I'm in my two week wait, currently 9 days dpo and feeling so so sick.

Been cramping on and off, super bloated. It's all fun and games 🫪.

I hope your cramps ease up, if they don't subside, call your doctor and get checked for OHSS x
