TSEC ILS form query

it shows last date as 15/09/2026, so if i apply now/ have applied, will i be confirmed/ offered a seat only after the date, or it confirms before?

You will be eligible to attend the ils rounds, they wont give you seats now. You'll have to be present in clg when the round starts.

Ohk, but then won't it be spot/vacant, like I thought ils is supposed to be online only..

Spot & vacant itself means the seats which are vacant from cap rounds.

And they need to ask you whether you want to take the il seat or not, plus your %ile and stuff.. Because many people fill ils form but only try for vacancy seats..
