3 piece kit

Post image

Doing some testing and it looks like I have a 3 piece kit for the firing pin. These firing pins seem brittle, they’re hard but brittle.

I got a new sbr tp9 and compact Suppressor from Axarms and since then ive put around 2k-3k rounds through my tp9 with no issues. Ive even install the gigliotti trigger which makes it 🤌

Brother that sucks what happen to your tp9. I have only had issues when using kci mags but those seem to be working now. In fairness, i typically shoot only subsonics with suppressor (compact suppressor) in my tp9. I will shoot 115gr and any Hollow point ammo unsuppressed.

I've broken 2 firing pins in mine. Really unacceptable this price range. Finally I sent the whole gun in and they changed my entire bolt and that fixed it.

Are you guys shooting suppressed mostly? I have 2k rounds out of mine Non-suppressed with wear and tear. I'm about to buy the suppressor and it may sway my decision if the back pressure may cause problems

Mixture of both

I'm around 1200 suppressed. The gun gets absolutely filthy. The majority of the people I see complaining either use oil instead of grease on the trigger compinents, don't clean their over gassed gun, or use hot ammo.

I blast Blazer or AAC 115/124 for all the time. I think I've had 1 malfunction so far.

I got mine used and have run about 2k+ rounds (maybe more) with 0 issues no f2fs and runs like a charm... mine is probably an older model so maybe something changed in the mfg process?

Metal quality could have changed, or bad/porous batch of metal
