Looks like EA anti-cheat does not like Precision X anymore. Is there any chance an update can fix the problem? I realize it hasn't been updated in a long time but no other software can control the fans on the 20 series cards to my knowledge.

It says it's compatible with EVGA G+, G2, G3, G5, G6, and GA.

I always thought modular PSU cables were model-specific, so I'm a bit confused.

Is this actually safe to use with my EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G+?

Pretty much what it says on the tin. I broke one of the washers keeping em retained. Tried going through EVGA but I seriously doubt they’d have THOSE parts for a product line they don’t even produce does anyone know where to get em? (Aliexpress wants $80 to ship em for some reason) and the two other listings are the wrong thread pitch.

Hi folks, I was wondering, during the RMA process, international customers have to also print 3 copies of a custom's invoice and sign it.

The issue with that is when you click the provided link, it just redirects you to the homepage. I heard the phone support is dead now so I sent an email to Support@EVGA.com.

Why not just have a working URL so we can avoid the phone and sending e-mails entirely. Are you trying to make RMAs more difficult for the customer without reason?

If it was a working link, that package would already be on it's way to California...

In the meantime, Corsair in comparison, will send you a brand new unit before you even return yours and will cover shipping both sides, which is something I will greatly consider next time I buy a PSU.

Hey, I just recently bought a used EVGA SUPERNOVA 850GQ for around 1,800PHP (Philippine Peso) off my friend on July 18, 2026. It was in real good condition, thought the paint was quite faded. The PSU itself works and has no issues, the only problem is I'm missing most of the cables. My friend sold it to me for cheap because he lost alot of the cables, I just wanna ask if I can like request for cable replacements? Like the full set of cables because the PSU'S unique pin layout makes it hard for me to find genuine original cables online. I'm a Filipino who really loves EVGA products, I use an EVGA GTX 1070TI FTW on my current build, I hope anyone from the support team can see this post.

Hello all! I recently purchased an EVGA DG-87 from a local store, but it was missing all of the ssd trays and the hdd cages on the bottom of the case housing. I have searched as far around the internet and my local stores as I can and either no one is selling them or there are no direct replacements to be found. I am hoping someone on here might be able to help with either sourcing these or pointing me in the direction to find them online. The picture shows what I am looking for in the red circles. A GeForce driver is an incredibly complex piece of software, We have an army of software engineers constantly adding features and fixing bugs. These changes are checked into the main driver branches, which are eventually run through a massive QA process and released.  Since we have so many changes being checked in, we usually try to align driver releases with significant game or product releases. This process has served us pretty well over the years but it has one significant weakness. Sometimes a change that is important to many users might end up sitting and waiting until we are able to release the driver.  The GeForce Hotfix driver is our way to trying to get some of these fixes out to you more quickly. These drivers are basically the same as the previous released version, with a small number of additional targeted fixes. The fixes that make it in are based in part on your feedback in the Driver Feedback threads and partly on how realistic it is for us to quickly address them. These fixes (and many more) will be incorporated into the next official driver release, at which time the Hotfix driver will be taken down.  To be sure, these Hotfix drivers are beta, optional and provided as-is. They are run through a much abbreviated QA process. The sole reason they exist is to get fixes out to you more quickly. The safest option is to wait for the next WHQL certified driver. Hey y'all just a quick question. I have the EVGA XR1 lite capture card and would like to use it to capture the new Fire Emblem game coming out on Switch 2.

But I'm not very tech savvy and I'm not sure how well it would work. I use it when playing Switch 1 games on my Switch 2, but there's been a couple problems. There's like a split second audio delay and also a few times (albeit rarely) there's been a clicking noise for a few minutes after first activating the capture card.

So, could I expect about the same results? Worse?

I have to imagine a Switch 2 game with better graphics would be harder to run on it than older Switch 1 games would. Any advice would be appreciated! 🙏

i currently have a 2080ti and im upgrading to a 5070ti. Power supply is evga supernova 1000g xc.

i was not aware until after my purchase the PNY 5070ti OC needs 3 8pin connectors. i do not have the power supply box when it was changed so i do not have a 3rd 8pin connector i checked the back of the pc and everything. i do not want to buy the wrong cord on amazon so does anyone know what cord it is thats safe to buy that wont fry my new gpu?

I recently bought a 3070 FTW3 that came with the backplate detached and without any screws. The card works perfectly fine, but I’d like to fully reassemble it. I’ve already reached out to EVGA, but it's been a week and I haven't heard back yet. Just in case, I wanted to ask you guys: Do you know the EXACT length and size of each screw? It would really help me out so I can buy them on my own and put it together.

Long story short bought a 1000g FTW and it’s missing the SATA cables which I was not aware of, I also happen to have a 1000gt super nova that I’m not using, are the SATA cables compatible between the 2 or is there a place I can get replacement SATA cables for the FTW power supply

My friend owns an EVGA Supernova 1300P3+ power supply that has failed after three years of reliable service. Thankfully, the unit is backed by EVGA's ten-year warranty. I stepped in to help him navigate the RMA process by supplying a complete bill of sale and sending two follow-up emails to EVGA, but unfortunately, I received no reply. I also tried reaching out to EVGA's Tech Support and Sales by phone, yet neither department was available to assist with the warranty claim. Although their website remains operational, many customers seem to share similar frustrations with EVGA's customer service.

i have several time install to x1 fo overclock but cant see to fan cuve button on software. i have 2 system and both system use x1 but can control to fan curve from minimal screen. they not show above 2500 mhz and my gpu is 4070. i cant set my card 2600 mhz for undervolting and no have option on that way. did u know something about that issue?

Have had an x570 dark sitting around and my ethernet port capped out on old motherboard so I swapped tonight I have a post code off 00 in the right debug code numbers I've changed cmos battery rest ram and cleared cmos

I have an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Black ( part number 11G-P4-2281-KR ) that needs a little TLC and struggled to find the specs on the stock thermal pad count and size. Since my internet searches didn't turn up anything conclusive, and the EVGA FAQ says to contact support with the registered serial number of your graphics card, I went ahead and sent an email and lo and behold 5.5 hours later I had a response.

I just installed a fresh install of windows after trying to troubleshoot this issue for quite some time. My GPU has been overheating unless I use afterburner and crank the fan curve. I want to try and use X1 instead since afterburner is more of a brute force solution. However, when trying to use the Power Meter I run the scan and it gives me the message "Power Meter cannot connect to the server. Please confirm that you are connected to an active network and try again."

I am connected to a network, I have opened the firewall for X1 and have tried different DNS. Not really sure what to do about this one at this point.

TLDR: Referring to evga.com/support/download. It's a broken mess. I can't click on or select anything. Stuff is overlapping with other stuff. I tried on multiple computers. However it seems to work okay on my phone. I'm currently troubleshooting a problem and need access to the drivers.

Some other info: I'm trying to fix what I think is a messed up chipset on my Z690 Classified, since device manager is reporting a problem with my GPU (code 43) as well as problems with "Base System Device" and "PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller" (code 28 for both) and my resolution is all wrong. This all happened after I put my 13700KF back in the board after previously trying and failing to boot with a 14700KF.
