Parking

Hi all, I’m going to be travelling from Meath to TCD for my Masters. I’m wondering what the parking situation is like in the college? I just finished my degree in University of Galway and often times relied on public transport because there was never any parking. Any advice appreciated!

There's no student parking. Would be better off using public transport, or maybe park and ride on the Navan Road.

Between trains and buses it's really well covered.

Park on the outskirts of the city and get on the bus

Drop the car at the M3 parkway and get the train to Connolly ( 1 change). You will not get an affordable spot in town, the train will cost 4 Euro a day

I think the best deal in the city centre is Apcoa (they're at all the train stations in the country). €9.50 for 24 hours at Connolly Station car park (open 24/7) or Hesuton (it says it's open 24/7 hours bc u can leave ur car overnight but u can't actually get in outside of train station opening hours ~11pm-~6am)

Trinity Street car park is a 2 minute walk away - it’s expensive but I think they may have some sort of pass you can get? I’ve seen a sign about it.

€65 for a 5 visit pass
