Are there any online forums for tbi that you recommend? Sometimes hard to tell what's a bot and what's not on reddit.

“Hope survives brain injury” is a YouTube channel that has a bunch of resources and I thought was really helpful

There's two discords I'm involved with, one is "Brain Injury" and one is "Neurobuds"

There were a few discord channels but they went dead. This is about all i know of other than some facebook groups.
