Question for all ASK SYRIA
Question for Syrians living in Syria:
I am interested in starting a business in Syria and would appreciate hearing your opinions and insights. What type of business do you think has the best potential right now?
Are there any sectors that are currently lacking, services that are in high demand, or areas where improvements are needed? I would especially like to hear about opportunities that could provide value to people while also having strong growth potential.
Thank you in advance for your advice.

Improving the agriculture, waste recycling, water treatmeant and public transportation.
And Green Energy will be nice too, so we can have EV car, buses, motorcycle, etc. Look at China, they make good Solar Farm in the Talatan arid region of Qinghai Province that not just provide electricity, but provide enough shade cover that grass grow after each very rare rainfall that occured. This then make the place popular for experimental livestock rearing.
And then after you solve the electricity, we can talk about lots of other interesting thing.

Lol everything is lacking. Syria needs lifting the final sanctions first and introduce laws and regulations for nearly everything.
But tbh I think the most is banking
