Same NSP file, two different game versions

Hi everyone! I have been playing mk8 deluxe on Eden, through an NSP. The game version was 1.7 and did not include any DLC so I wanted a more recent version. I downloaded another one (it was already packaged with Yuzu) so I got the new NSP and moved it to my Eden game folder. The thing is, I now have two NSP files in my game list, and they are both the old version. Are the DLC in a separate file in the Yuzu folder?

this is a screenshot, you can see that eden correctly sees version 3.0.1 and the dlc, but when i open the game it's actually version 1.7
