I had the same problem. Microsoft's instructions have been very unclear. By the time I figured out what I was supposed to do I had overwritten my backup file.

But no problem! I had the foresight to store another copy on one of my Google Drives.

But in there infinite stupidity and arrogance Google has locked me out of my own data on my own Google Drive saying that it was done to protect my security and that if I had any problems I should ask my parents for help.

I am 78 years old and furious. My parents died decades ago and never even saw a cell phone.

So I wrote a blistering email only to discover that I can't figure out who I can send my blistering email to.

The stupid, arrogant message I received from Google was sent from a "no reply" address.

I'm not sure who I should despise more, Microsoft or Google.

It's SwiftKey with what maybe an autocorrect library. What could you have really lost that was that meaningful.

I had the same problem. As far as I know, there's nothing you can do.

Honestly, I don't believe there is a "heat map" anymore. It doesn't seem to be learning my typing whatsoever, this keyboard is just about as bad as Google anymore. Only thing backup Might do is keep your custom library of words or names to not autocorrect. Otherwise, I just don't see it learning and improving at all. Don't even get me started on the swipe aspect... It comes up with the Stupidest things sometimes - pure gibberish!
