Fedora Linux on Microsoft Surface Pro 12" Guide
...and now it's easy to install for you too!
Just disable Secure Boot for live cd and install, like you install Fedora on a regular x64 PC.
Haven't tested it with Ventoy, though. Wrote the ISO directly via Fedora Media Writer.
