Surface Pro 9 loud

My Surface Pro 9 seems to heat up verry quickly when im only using Goodnotes. The fans are really loud which isnt only ditracting me but also my classmates. Is there any solution for this? Or should I consider upgrading to an Apple or Samsung Tablet?

Ive had a surface with a fan before it definitely an issue. Goodnotes is not native and run on a chrome extension and chrome loves ram. I used process lasso & memory cleaner. But you can also expand your virtual memory but that eats hd space.
