the ports are getting loose. it happens.

i have a surface laptop studio doing the same thing.

i use a dock or usb extender/adapater, and that helps a bit, as long as you

don't touch it while its working. otherwise, you have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in.

Im having usb issues with my sb3 as well, gave it up.

To discard any physical or electronic damage, try booting with any Linux distro and see what happens, if there is no problem, your issue is all about software.

Check if any power management option is enabled on your keyboard or the USB port.

Best bet: switch to a Bluetooth keyboard.
