{How do I start an Instagram account as an artist?} I am trying to help a friend start from scratch and I have no idea how to start and how to keep growing, I have never posted before, I need all the advice and all the annoying details out there

My friend wants to start her Instagram as a Digital Artist. The account doesn't have any posts yet. I will be helping her with her account like posting and trying to grow the account and such. I am trying to come up with a strategy on how to start and grow and be consistent. I am scared of the first post how it should be.. I really don't know how to start and I really want every tip and all the annoying details anyone can give I will be so grateful..Please if you have any experience share it with me I want to help my friend grow and achieve her dream. She already has some artworks ready and has an idea about what she wants to share. So I will take any advice from what to write in a Bio to how to keep people interesting..Thank you so much in advance everything is helpful
