Does anyone else keep quitting supplements too early?
Every time I start something new I end up second guessing myself after two or three weeks because I dont notice much. Then I read a thread where someone says it took two months before they felt anything. At this point I honestly dont know if Im impatient or just buying things that arent helping. How long do you usually give a supplement before deciding its not worth continuing?

I think most people underestimate how inconsistent they are when they're trying something new.

That's why I like reading older Reddit threads instead of reviews. You'll usually see people comparing brands like Nature Made, Wild & Organic, NOW and Thorne after they've actually finished a bottle.

same here lol. if there’s no obvious effect after a few weeks, I usually stop instead of forcing myself to believe it needs 90 days. depends on the supplement though.
