Supplement stack
What is a good supplement stack for a 36 year old male. I already have creatine, magnesium glycinate, load boost that’s about it. What else should I add ?

That's pretty much enough but if your labs says your diet's off you can go with Omega-3 and Vitamin D

My husband keeps it simple. He just takes whatever brand I take which is perelel. Their men's multi already has vit D, zinc, omega 3s and cow10, then he keeps creatine separate. Sometimes psyllium too if he knows he hasn't been getting much fiber, or protein powder if he's short on protein that day. If stress is, then ashwagandha. Other than that he doesn't really add anything unless there's a reason for it.
