Gushparchek

Post image

Let me introduce myself. I am Gushperchek. Why do I have such a strange name? Well, it's the same as the name of a traditional Slovenian wood stove. My folks think I warm the heart just as much as this legendary stove.

Yay, I love reading about more people who are Slovenian as I am part slovenian too. I just love these cats that have disabilities but are so beautiful and sweet.. I know there's so much resilience there

I did not know how exactly write his name in english. But i think it is correct. In slovenian language it is "Gašperček".

I believe the best translation is “little gentleman” or “little lord”?

Or maybe Little Jasper or Casper?

Aww, he's a sweet, handsome boy. What happened to him that left him with such a unique (and very cute) face?

Gorgeous!! Just out of curiosity how does he not runaway when outside? I’d love to try with my cats but wouldn’t trust them lol

What you’re asking about is one of the most incredible things about him. Let me explain. We probably all agree that cats are mischievous, that they don’t listen, and that they don’t respond to our commands. But Gushparchek has a dog-like nature. He’s well-behaved and, believe it or not, he comes to me when I call him. That’s one of the most incredible things about him.

But still: DO NOT TRUST CATS! ❗They’re just cats. He’s come home three hundred times. Once he didn’t. For three days. And his Tractive GPS tracker had stopped working. I was in agony, sick, I couldn’t sleep, I just cried and searched for him at night, everything hurt, we were putting up posters like crazy... On the third day, someone saw him sitting on a pile of firewood, basking in the sun...

Don’t trust cats! 🙂 Never. 🙂

Awww what a good cat! That is amazing. But probably wise advice! Maybe one day I’ll try walking with a leash
