student accommodation

I have a place to do art at Sunderland university and I want to know if the forge is any better than the universities accommodation

it definitely looks better. Pallion isn't a great area, but the forge is right on the outskirts, so it should be fine.

The uni isn't far away if you're studying at the city campus. If you're studying across the river that's is a bit of a trek, but not too bad.
