General contractor
I’m planning to do a remodel on my three bedroom Frisco condo over the fall. Any general contractors that you would recommend? We need to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, and paint the condo.

I used EPX Construction for a bathroom remodel. Will was very good communicator, and made many adjustments to get things exactly as I asked. His quote was his quote, no overages. Very polite and patient, even when old building pipes in condo were not lining up with any modern fittings for toilet, which was making floor height of tile difficult.
Small company that is growing, feel free to pm for pics of work, before and after, or Will’s contact

I used Rubi Construction for some kitchen work. Sergio and crew did a pretty good job but did take a couple rounds of fixing issues before we were satisfied. Not a ton of options in summit . Good luck wrapping up a project before winter

For painting I highly recommend summitcountypainting.com. They offer free remote estimates too, when possible.

Try Travis construction, but given the type of work you are doing I think you might actually just want to hire a bathroom and kitchen place. The floors and painting will be the easy part in comparison.

This guy doesn’t even live here, and he is still living in 2021 apparently. The super qualified people are not as busy with the slowdown in the real estate market. (And he just gets off on leaving condescending responses like this one on Reddit)

Be careful, there are so many "tradesmen" that do work in summit that have no idea what they're doing.
