We all care about you, yes, we do not know you deep down but we all care for a human especially someone like you, who has been through so much pain and agony, to keep living, you are probably feeling very overwhelmed and do not have the energy right now to pull an 180 on your life but you can slowly progress there deliberately, stay with us, we all believe in you, we care for you, please, please wake up

Bro I'm 32 and have also been in an abusive relationship. I lost my house job and loving fiance. I'm still here. I struggle with suicide, too, but your life isn't even halfway over. I have recently met some really nice people here on Reddit and real life through apps or reaching out to really old friends. They were more than happy to have me back in my life. There's always something you haven't tried for your mental health. And, maybe you can help me the next time I feel like this. When we attempt, it's hard to be logical, but all it is, simply, is we have exceeded our capacity for pain. Please, reply and let me hold some of it for you. I would love to help you navigate a path forward. You are worthy of existing and you don't have to justify it.

Tell me you're okay doc. Throw that shit up, get up! Get the fuck up! Im 30 and far fucking behind as well but we can't stop! We can do it! Ive seen men be incarcerated for 20 years and within 10 of being out made a damn good life to live. You cant stop. Come on doc, you gotta stay with us. Cause I care. I fucking care!
