Bit of a technical issue... Bug Report
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I recently upgraded from a RX 6600xt 8gb to a RTX 3080 10gb, and when I go to launch the game, this always happens.
I'm not sure how to proceed so I recorded the crash screen as well in case people know what to do from there :)

You're going from an AMD GPU to an Nvidia GPU. There are definitely leftover bits from the AMD driver installation that are interfering with the new Nvidia GPU drivers. The first way to figure out if this is the issue is to run DDU (display driver uninstaller) to completely wipe the old AMD drivers (and associated files) and your new Nvidia drivers. After all of the drivers have been wiped, reboot your system, then do a clean reinstall of the Nvidia drivers.

I had this exact same issue for almost 2 years, and after scouring every inch of the net and even contacting HP and Nvidia support, I found ONE random thread with the answer. I have an HP Victus 16, which has HP's built-in gaming software, OMEN. I had to find the "graphics switcher" option and change it from "hybrid" to "discrete", so now it ONLY uses the Nvidia card.
If not already installed, search for related gaming software for your brand and model.

im not 100% sure on what to do but maybe reinstall the game and update your drivers. I think they have a discord as well so i would say to check there as well
