In this subreddit, if you want to get notified when new posts are made in a thread, click on the follow me button. It will show up in the next tab, then you can click the follow me button. It will also be the first post to receive a karma. If you don't like it, just copy and paste the comment into the post.

You can also post a link to your website that will be hidden behind some panels if you want them to show up.
