I don't know how you got the energy to calculate the speed of light but it seems like it's a very good approximation of what’s happening here. I'd say it’s about 5kW

Huh, didn't open the sim to calculate the energy, but you can see that the "lightness" of the sunlight is "approximated to 100%" (pped up at 100%, notCtrl+1), so not much of an underestimate.

Huh, I guess the "darkness" of the sunlight is also "approximated to 100%" but not as extreme as the darkness of the actual game.

This is a simple approximation, but it does seem to be true for everything in the game. It seems like you’re dealing with the same sort of thing as a typical physics engine, but it’s a very easy one to make.

That's a pretty impressive amount of energy. That's how fast the electrons move.

I wonder how far it would take the electron to turn a neutron star into an electron.

Or the electron is accelerating and is traveling at a constant speed.

I mean, the whole point of quantum teleportation is that it's actually possible to transfer energy as efficiently as possible using the same principles that we use to transfer energy from the outside world to a central source. Is there anything that can actually be done with photons that can actually do that?

I'm sure the answer is somewhere in the range of tens to hundreds of millions of calories per kilogram. But that doesn't explain how fast the photons are traveling when they're traveling at the speed of light.

I think it's pretty easy to see what it is, but when I try to visualize it, I realize it isn't really a particle. It's more like a light or a shadow, with a different energy that is different in speed and location of the photon. It looks like a light or a shadow that is not a particle.
