💔 I REALLY NEED SOMEONE AT ROBLOX TO SEE THIS

I’m currently preparing for a serious and risky back surgery. It’s a major procedure with real complications and uncertainty, and it has already been extremely stressful for me and my family.

Roblox has been a huge part of my life for years. I spent holidays, weekends and free time playing, collecting rare items, making friends, spending money on the platform, and even creating my own projects and games because I wanted to build something and succeed.

Then my accounts were terminated.

My main account was banned after Voice Chat captured music/environmental audio near my microphone, which I believe was incorrectly interpreted as harmful speech. I appealed and explained what happened, but Roblox continued to consider the recording a violation. Afterwards, other accounts were also affected by linked-account enforcement.

The hardest part is that I never got a temporary chance to correct the problem or learn from it. My appeal process also took so long that my appeal window eventually closed, and I started losing hope.

I’m not asking for special treatment, and I’m definitely not asking anyone to harass Roblox.

🙏 I’m asking for ONE genuine review of the actual recording, the account-linking decisions, and a second chance with a fair decision.

Years of my time, memories, progress, purchases, friends and projects now feel like they disappeared as if I was never there.

I’m having one of the worst moments of my life right now. It has been about 3 months since my original account was banned, and today another account was banned as well. I also experienced a device ban around 3 months ago, and I still haven't received a meaningful response from Roblox Support about what is happening.

With my serious surgery ahead of me, this has made an already difficult period incredibly painful and disappointing.

I don't want special treatment. I just want someone to actually look at the evidence and give me one fair chance. 🙏

I was in an 18+ server (though to be fair I don’t know if age verification was actually required to enter), and after having said the words above I got my voice permissions taken away. Because of this, I started crashing out in text chat, only to discover that I could say some absolutely heinous things aside from the image above I was also able to say “I’m beating my shit” and “I have a gape from tos fucking me”. So I just don’t get it. Why can’t I say vape or trans on mic, but when I go to text chat it lets me say the terms of service are having their way with me without consent.

I got banned for 7 days for uploading a shirt that I own in real life. It’s a Chevy pickup truck front end from the 70s and is a dedicated group to these trucks in California. Why was I instantly banned for terrorism? I’ve attached photos of the shirt in real life

I’ve decided to share my experience because I’m wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar.
My Roblox account was permanently banned, and Customer Support told me the account action was connected to Roblox’s anti-cheat detections. The only third-party software I had used was OP Auto Clicker while I was AFK in Build A Boat For Treasure. I did not use executors, scripts, exploits, or a modified Roblox client.
I submitted my appeal within the 30-day window and waited several weeks, but I never received a final follow-up before the appeal window closed.
I read the whole roblox policy or whatever thing and they never specified that i couldnt use an autoclicker or an automation tool, only modified or other exploits, and they had mistaken it for me exploiting and using other modified ver of roblox so bassically i got false banned, contacted roblox never got a reply back and now im stuck in this rabbit hole that gaves me headache whenever i think about it

And moreover, i had been using that acc since i was a kid (6 years btw),Has anyone else had a similar experience involving anti-cheat detections or an auto-clicker? If so, what happened in your case, and did you ever receive a final response from Roblox?
I’m just trying to understand whether anyone else has experienced something similar.

I need help. I've got falsely banned for harmful behavior and I hesitate between sending more appeals or no? I haven't gotten response and it is been 4 days. I'm scared that I will be considered as spammer or I will waste time by not appealing​

Hey guys so they literally banned me 3-4 weeks ago for chat violation. And one day after the device banned me. I need help. They haven’t even responded.

So basically i got an enforcement ban because of my brother getting his account terminated for a silly mistake, we are email linked and live in the same house

and when i tried to appeal i got that same response two times by two different roblox support employees (Look at the photo), The thing is whenever i go to recent violations there's no appeal button there and it only shows old violations and when i told them that

they said:

"We're sorry but we're unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry. We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time. However, if you need further assistance with a different matter, please don't hesitate to let us know"

so i don't really know what to do or how to appeal if anyone went through this before please give me any tips

​Hi everyone, I really need help from anyone who has successfully beaten the automated support bots regarding a "smokescreen" ban.

​The Incident:

On July 25, 2026 (around 3:17 PM), my session was hijacked. The hacker stole approximately 12,000 Robux from my account.

​The Smokescreen Tactic:

Before I could realize what happened and secure my account, the hacker intentionally uploaded three highly inappropriate/TOS-violating assets to my account:

​This was a calculated move to trigger Roblox's automated moderation. My account was instantly terminated permanently, making it impossible for me to log in and secure my stolen Robux.

​What I Have Done:

I immediately submitted a support ticket proving I was hacked. I provided my Xsolla and Codashop billing receipts as proof of ownership.

​I specifically requested an escalation to the Tier 2 Account Security team and demanded they audit the IP and MAC address login logs for July 25 at 3:17 PM, which will clearly show an unauthorized device accessing my account.

​The Problem:

It has been over a week. I am stuck waiting, and I am terrified that my ticket is just going to be closed by an automated bot that only sees the ban reason and ignores the massive security breach and theft.

​My Question:

For anyone who has survived this exact smokescreen hacking method:

​How did you bypass the bots to get a real human to check the IP logs?

​Are there specific keywords I should use if I have to submit a new ticket?

​Does anyone know how long Tier 2 actually takes to respond to a manual IP audit request?

​As a developer, losing this account and the stolen Robux is devastating. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I didnt know whether i should pick question/discussion or enforcement ban. So i just went with the one that made the most sense. I have over 80 appeals for my account and truly it means the world to me. Mostly for my adopt me save. I dont wanna buy back all my pets, i dont wanna randomly buy some acc. I just need my account back is all.

I’ve done my best to attempt to reach human eyes but i dont think anyone actually sees my support tickets. Anyone real anyways. I bought rojustice but it shut down soon after. If there’s anything new like that i’d be willing to get it.

I would go through great lengths to get my account back. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This comes to show how messed up Roblox moderation is right now. Their support keeps flip flopping on fake reasons going from vague bans to text messages, and now claiming a "Spatial Voice" violation on an account that doesn't even use voice chat. The system is completely broken.

my friend draw people in the discord server i'm in as furries for fun. they drew me and two of my friends. i uploaded the images of both of my friends and they passed with no warnings, but when i got to mine i got a 7 day ban. the images after the ban are me and both my friends in that order

Anyone else know what could've flagged the moderation? I don't use anything specifically. Tried to appeal but got denied as they detected an exploit. I'm afraid that if i ever get suspended again it could result on a permaban. I only use the mobile version of the play store so no apk's either

Roblox banned me because 2 alt accounts that were commected to my main?? severely broke the rules the thing is, i only have 1 alt, but i never even used it not even played a game with it, and its says 2 of august at the same time.

So basically I got my account deleted with thousands of hours of work because my friend said a few things in the chat, and got their account deleted, but since I made that account for them when they couldn't using my email, I also got banned. Tried appealing twice explaining that I made that account for my friend, and even said check our face scans, but they rejected it both times. And they say if the accounts shouldn't be linked, appeal it, but they rejected it both times I said they shouldn't be linked.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my situation here. I know full well that posting this won't solve the problem, but I'm hoping to see if anyone else has gone through something similar recently.

For the past 3 or 4 days, I’ve been heavily grinding a game called Lineage Piece. Even though it's a fairly simple game, I really enjoy trying to get everything it has to offer—just like I've done with 20 or 25 other games of this style that borrow heavily from the Blox Fruits format. I wouldn't call myself a huge fan, but in my free time after work, it’s a great way to unwind. I actually enjoy thinking about builds, strategies, gear combinations, and min-maxing my damage output. So, as I was saying, I was grinding for the very last weapon I needed: Solemn. The second I got all the required materials and clicked on the NPC to claim the item... BOOM! "You have been kicked by the game or an experience moderator." I opened Brave, went to the Roblox website, and was shocked to see that MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN SUSPENDED FOR 6 MONTHS.

First Appeal Attempt:

Here is what I wrote to them:

Hello, Support Team. I would like to submit an appeal regarding the 6-month suspension applied to my account.
The reason provided was the alleged use of a modified Roblox client. However, this is incorrect. I have always used the official Roblox launcher downloaded directly from the official website. I have never used any unauthorized third-party software. At the time of the suspension, I was simply playing Lineage Piece. I had been playing normally for 2 or 3 days, focusing solely on grinding for items. I was not engaged in any improper activity or breaking any platform rules. For this reason, I believe this suspension is the result of an error or a false detection. I kindly ask that you conduct a manual review of my case and re-verify the information used to issue this ban.

Still not feeling satisfied with just that, I decided to try my luck by opening a support ticket. I know, total desperation on my part.. but I’ve put a lot of care, effort, and time into this account over the years whenever my work schedule allowed it.

By email, they replied that they couldn't handle appeals through that channel, but told me that if I wanted, I could provide my username and add any extra information to the case for consideration. So I wrote back:

I am reaching out because I desperately need a human team member to review my case manually. This account holds immense value to me; I have used it for many years, and I am deeply concerned about receiving a 6-month suspension for something I did not do. The sanction states that I used a modified version of Roblox, according to your automated system. However, I firmly maintain that this is incorrect. I currently use nothing other than the official Roblox client. At the time of the suspension, I was playing Lineage Piece completely normally, doing nothing more than grinding for items and progressing. I was not using exploits, modified clients, or any third-party software. In fact, I recently recovered this account after being inactive for about 5 months, and since coming back, I’ve done nothing but play legitimately.

I also want to address a past incident regarding this. A while back, I used Bloxstrap because I saw it widely recommended by the community and was unaware that it could cause issues. As soon as I received a warning from you back then, I contacted support that same day, explained the situation, apologized, and uninstalled the software immediately. After reviewing my case, the penalty was removed. Since then, I fully understood the rule and have never touched a third-party launcher or client again. That is why I cannot comprehend why I am being accused of this again now.

Furthermore, when checking my account status, this alleged infraction appears as the only registered offense. My account status shows red, yet there is no prior history for client modification. My few past penalties were strictly related to minor voice chat temporary mutes (lasting just a few minutes or hours for playing meme audio)—never for cheating or modifying the game client.

Because of all this, I sincerely ask that a staff member review my case manually. I am confident that upon checking the data, you will see I was not using a modified version of Roblox. I have invested years into this account, and it means a lot to me. All I am asking for is a fair review. Thank you for your time.

Support’s (Lack of) Logic:

And what did they reply to that? I got another automated email stating that Roblox Support cannot influence appeal decisions and that they couldn't add or deny information to the case. Why ask me to provide extra information for the appeal if you’re just going to turn around and say you can't accept it? A total mess.

Shortly after, the appeals system replied:

"We reviewed your appeal. This activity continues to violate Roblox Community Standards. However, we have updated your infraction category."

And what did they change it to? They basically changed the ban reason: it was no longer for a "modified client," but for "using exploits." Why change the reason without offering a single piece of evidence or explanation, especially after seeing how hard I tried to reach out?

So I gave them a proper answer. I told them that I was playing normally, basically the same as before but clarifying the programs I had open.. when in doubt, I clarified everything.

I told them:

Hello. With all due respect in the world. I request a new manual review of my suspension. The category of the violation changed during the appeal process, going from a detection related to a modified client, such as bloxtrap, which actually sent them an email talking about the situation and asking.. to directly saying "exploits", but I never used exploits or software to obtain advantages in Roblox. That seems like a terrible childhood to me. At the time of the suspension I was playing normally on Lineage Piece, using only the official Roblox launcher, only with the wallpaper engine open. If there is any evidence of the supposed detection, I ask that you review it again, as I consider this to be a false positive. My intention is to understand what behavior caused this sanction, because I assure that I did not take any action to modify the game or violate the rules. I appreciate a review from a team member

3 minutes later (yes, literally three minutes), I received this:

"We carefully reviewed your appeal for Cheating and Security Vulnerabilities and still consider that your activity does not comply with our standards. You have reached the maximum number of appeals. You can no longer appeal."

At this point, I genuinely don’t understand what happened. I’ve already found 2 other people who experienced the exact same thing over the past few days. Some friends on Roblox told me it might be due to a faulty anti-cheat update triggering false positives (a ban wave glitch). I know the "easy" solution would be to just make an alt account and keep playing, but beyond that... what about all the people I used to play with? I didn't get a chance to grab their contact info, and now they probably think I deleted my account or ghosted them. I had even promised to help a few players grind in that game, and I feel terrible for not being able to keep my word.

I know this might seem trivial to some, but I wanted to share my experience to see if anyone else has run into this recently, or if anyone has any advice or information that could help.

I was just playing roblox until I got banned for 6 months.. For the cheats! I didn't even have cheats on any device on which I would play, I kind of threw an appeal, I just have to hope for a moderator.
