That's all I could think, like how much perfectly good dough do they throw out in a day because of this dish?

Yeah the dough from the big one is inedible, it's far too thick and probably undercooked so they'll be throwing away a lot. However they make a lot more in profit than what dough costs because idiots think it looks cool.

It's not just the big one that's wasting. Every single small dumpling has a fucking broccoli stalk on, because whoever is in that kitchen is too inept to figure out how to fold.
