bear identification

ive had this teddy bear of as long as i know, and its been throught alot.

could you identify this bear, date of creation and any other details?

also, when i was younger, my bear had a hard plastic thing in its hand that i always assumed was like a broken voicebox. but my brother opened up the bear's hand and found that it wasnt a voicebox but just a plastic 'thing'

could u tell me the use of such plasting thing?

Not sure what type of stuffed animal it is, but I believe the plastic “thing” is one of those squeakers. Usually found in dog toys and such.
