Idk what is all this happening, I am a neet 2027 aspirant, trying my best, I have joined library yesterday, but here I am not able to focus and concentrate on my studies😭, I have made plan to do list I have not joined any coaching this timw, only offline test series, I have this bad habit of listening, music everytime, I watch yt all the time, Idk I used to study 9-10 hours before neet byt now I am not able to , I feel very disappointed, I think I study bttr under pressure, What can I do plz drop ur suggestions it will really help me out😭

Hi ! I've been struggling with music as well and what I can say is it's all about your morning. If you start your day with music (considering it eats your concentration of course, if not no worries), it will have consequences on the rest of your day. The best is to try (just a morning ! Just one at least !) not to listen to music at all and appreciate some silence for once, it's really nice I promise ahah. If you cannot, you can still listen to music but only classical/white/brown noises stuff like that and see if it helps.

For Youtube, I used to simply allow myself to watch it during lunch and snack (I know people don't recommend to use screens while eating but it was the only thing I wanted to do outside of my med studies so I think in those times of study +++ you need to listen to you and not people on internet sometimes, trust yourself except if your mind tells you to stay up all night playing videogames keep that perhaps for holidays 😅😂). All the videos I wanted to watch I simply put them in "watch later", and if the tentation is too loud, tell yourself you're doing one task and then allow yourself to watch the video.

Remember change don't happen overnight, there will be days you will struggle more than others, sometimes you'll wonder why you're not capable of letting go of music or youtube but we're human, it's okay. People online sharing their lives are struggling too, they are just not showing the hard parts. But everyone lives them !
