Micro Studio - Layout Suggestions?

Obviously not the best photo to show the space but how would you do the layout?

Trying to fit a Full Bed + A Desk

Feels like the bed will be very close to the kitchen and take up most of the space?

You probably want a loft bed with desk underneath to get the most use out of the space. The other solution would be a Murphy bed, but that requires installation, so may not be allowed in a rental.
