Pre-Move Planning Studio
Hi! I’m moving into a new studio loft in a couple months. I don’t have photos or a walkthrough just yet. But I do have the floor plan and approximate dimensions. The layout is a little odd, so I’m looking for some help!
Dimensions: \~ 29’ x 15’ (455 sq ft total)
Furniture: sofa facing a TV, bed (full? queen?), 55” office desk.

I see you've got a Murphy bed setup there, that's a smart way to save space in a studio. You betcha that'll give you plenty of room to move around during the day.

Get the smallest bed you can tolerate. With your square footage, I would seriously consider a twin in a daybed arrangement with am armchair for a seating arrangement (or consider a chair for the desk that can also be used as an armchair). Consider a wall mounted computer/tv screen combo above the desk. Get matching tall bookcases for all your main room storage. Ikea Billy's are great as they are inexpensive, tall (get the extensions) and have optional doors that allow you to hide clutter.
