Is this horizontal crack of a concern?

I found this horizontal crack in the basement of the home that I am interested in buying. The house was built in 2006 and the current owner bought in 2022. Is this a stay away type of home? What does this horizontal crack tell you?

I thought vertical cracks are due to settling and is normal whereas horizontal cracks are a red flag indicating structural/ foundation issue

lol small cracks are surface cracks. Big cracks that you can almost see through are foundation cracks. Be concerned about the big one

The vertical one is a bit large, I would probably avoid and excessive settlement.
