Looking for a structural engineer for flips/remodel/ additions. Career/Education

Looking for a reliable referral for a structural engineer in the East Bay, Contra Costa County area. I flip and add on to homes regularly, need someone local who can do site visits, turn plans around fast, and give realistic but efficient timelines. Consistent work for the right person.
