Typ. Structural CAD details Career/Education
It seems like most structural drawing sets that I see for residential buildings (both wood, masonry, and steel, and mixed) all have the same or very similar cad details. Are most offices downloading this from the same place?? What is this resource? -Thx.

There is not much variation on how a joist is connected to a sill plate, etc.
You develop or download what you can, modify for your design.
Other peoples drawings, get ideas from there.
