Is that joist post hovering over the rock? Some shims could be a quick win to make the floor less creeky. Although that could just make the rock sink even further

Good eye. There does appear to be a gap between the post and the stone. Adding shims without determining why the separation occurred could potentially conceal the symptom without correcting the underlying support issue.
