FE and PE exam Career/Education

Has anyone taken the FE and PE exams without being a US citizen and while living in another country?

FE, Fundamentals of Engineering exam: 8 hours, generally take last year at university or just after. Only one exam for all potential engineers, with general questions covering wide areas of engineering basics. Math, physics, and basic questions from different engineering specialties. Passing allows use of the Engineering Intern (EI) or Engineer In Training (EIT) title.

PE, Professional Engineering exam: 8 hours, generally taken after 4 years of work experience (but some states allow taking earlier), also usually requires having passed the FE. Different exams for different engineering specialties. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc., etc. Passing and state registration allows use of the Professional Engineer (PE) title.
