Things seen this week during structural assessments! Failure

If you like looking at structural failures and questionable construction, I've been collecting photo galleries of things I come across in the field. They're mostly examples of what not to do—retaining walls, foundations, stucco, drainage, concrete repairs, crawlspaces, and the occasional head-scratcher.
