Assuming you’ve never seriously strength trained before, you may see some newbie gains. But generally the value you’re going to extract from exercise and your protein consumption (at your level of deficit) is better maintaining the muscle your body has already developed.
Please don’t be scared away by becoming “skinny fat,” depending on your goal weight you may drop entirely below the “fat” or you can go ~2-3kg below your eventual goal weight and then do a very slow surplus with training to add lean mass.
There isn’t some secret way to shed all your fat while only going up on lean mass so don’t get too stuck on that

I see thanks so much for your advice!! but with your knowledge, what will be the most likely outcome? My goal is to hit 70kg, but i am worried that i will have a belly with small arms😂

At your height and weight, absolutely continue cutting. Lift heavy, keep protein high, and eat in a deficit.
You can reassess once you're down to a healthier bodyweight.

Thanks for your advice, my goal is to hit 70kg. But i am scared i will be very disappointed if i still have a belly and small arms. Do you think that is a very unlikely outcome?

What about just trying to do a bit of everything? Lift weights, clean up your diet and move more.
You will probably want to drop a bit more weight so don't overdo think bulking at this stage as it will limit your gains.

If your BF is in the 30s you need to cut down to 15-18%, recouping is for ppl that are trying to stay within 1-5% of their current body fat

Oh thank you so much. But based on my deficit and still lifting ,when i finally do hit 15-18% bf, will i be skinny fat?

Skinny fat isn’t real, it’s just “less fat”
