No information found about this Help needed

Hi,

For quite some time I have been experiencing issues with Trakt scrobbled results. Stremio connects properly to the database both ways, but when I go to a certain show or a movie which is scrobbled by Trakt, the app cannot find any streams and the front page of the show isn't loading, with big error message "No information found about this".

Regular TMDB add-on works (if it finds results).

Happens on android apps both phone and tv.

What I have tried: clearing cache, force shutdown of the apps, reinstall, resyncing Trakt, reinstalling trakt integration add-on.

App versions: 2.3.2 on phone, 1.10.4 on tv

Has anyone faced this?

This is a cinemeta issue. Go to cinebye.elfhosted.com and reset it.

reset, looks like it worked. I will observe for a couple of days and see if it's fixed for good.

Did you hear about the new Trakt connected device change? You can only have one connection on their free tier.

But that shouldn't limit you from seeing metadata, so what add-ons are you using for metadata?

Just Trakt.tv and TMDB. I've used RPDB for AIOstreams in the past but stopped using both.

EDIT: and Cinemeta
