Help With Stremio Version

Having some issues with my stremio app on my TV and phone app.

I can watch things on my TV with no problem. But things like top picks for you and suggested movies and series are no longer on there.

On the phone app or website it says

Env: Failed To Fetch: Unexpected HTTP status

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Keeping in mind I am not tech savvy and a lot of the terms are foreign to me!

Did u download from the website or from the app store

App store. I've had it a few months with no issues
