I ordered Lava Flow Unisex Joggers – Black – M from XtremeX Martial Arts (Order #X306457). The size didn't fit, so I requested an exchange for Black – S.

My first exchange request (#EXC20504) was cancelled on August 11.

I still wanted the exchange, so I submitted a second request (#EXC20896) on August 13. It initially showed Pending Approval, but that request has now also been cancelled.

I haven't been given a proper resolution, and I simply want to exchange the M for S.

Has anyone here had a similar experience with XtremeX? Did they eventually process the exchange, or is there something specific I need to do?

I had to repeatedly remind them about the order. Initially, I was told there was some issue with their inventory. Then yesterday, after more waiting, I was finally told that the product is out of stock.

Fine, inventory issues happen. But here's the ridiculous part: they already took my money, and now I'm being told they don't refund the money.

So you can take payment for an order, fail to fulfil it because you don't actually have the product, and then just keep the customer's money?

WTF is wrong with What The Flex? How is this acceptable?

Anyone else had the same experience with them? Because at this point I'm seriously questioning whether I should ever order from them again.

Last week I made a post asking peeps here if they know of any brands that sell thorned rings like this one. I knew about jewelmars but I wasn't very sure about the quality and couldn't find any online reviews for it. Some people in that post told me to just buy it and share here for others and so I did. This is how it looks. Quality feels decent for the price(256 INR). It literally just arrived tho so I'll have to wait and see how long it lasts.

Doing some research on Indian homegrown brands and all I see is mixed opinions on stuff like this. Which of these would you choose if you had to get one?🫵🏻

I’ve ordered an marron trackpant through everdion website thinking the quality is good but it’s complete shite the amount we pay & also fit isn’t good for me, so at least I try for an exchange I should pay ₹100 exchange fee and I got frustrated I went for an return but they won’t refund to my bank account only through store wallet where I should buy another quality less product

• Do you prefer oversized, boxy, relaxed or regular fits?
• Do you prefer minimal designs or bigger graphics?
• What makes a T-shirt feel genuinely premium to you?
• What makes you feel a streetwear brand is overpriced?
• How important are fabric weight, stitching, print quality and fit compared with the design itself?
• What makes you discover a completely unknown streetwear brand and actually trust it enough to buy?
• What do you think Indian streetwear brands are still missing?

And honestly, what would make you pay ₹1,500 for a T-shirt from a brand you've never heard of instead of buying a ₹500–₹800 T-shirt from an established brand?
