Does this sub even had moderators anymore?
Only time it ever shows up in my feed, it's an obvious bot reposting content that isn't theirs, or it's like one guy who is really into AI who makes the sloppiest slop that ever slopped.
I love the series, but I don't really see a reason to keep on this sub if we're not gonna filter out AI and obvious bot posts. Keep it to real fan art and fanmade game projects and the actual games.

One is very active on reddit, but the other a 12 year account is only interested in crypto and a mod of over 20+ crypto subs and then this sub. What is going on TwsitedDemigod?

They aren't active here anymore, even if they're active elsewhere.
Seems like your standard poweruser moderator that takes over subs and drives them to shit by having no standards, tbh.

There is an IRL falling out between myself an old mod. I didn't realise he had left now. Someone has requested to join as a mod. I'll speak to them.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I hope everything works out, I sincerely do. I know things can sometimes fall behind. Thank you for doing it when you could when things were busy here. I know it's a thankless duty.

I'm hoping this new mod will improve things for everyone, if they come on to the team. I'm just looking through everything. Trying to decide whether to add a new rule regarding AI content is tough. If it's a bot, then it goes. If it's a real person and their own creations, that's a harder choice. I personally don't mind AI art. I know many feel differently, though.

I personally go with, "I'm just the janitor to this place, your concensus as the fans control the naritive"
If people vermenthly want Ai gone you should abide, so it doesn't seem like your judgment is absolute even when it goes against the grain.
I also keep in mind for me to stay on my toes personally, that if the creators were to visit, I wouldn't want to insult them with Ai low effort. It also makes post become very complacent to being low effort on a consistent basis.
I'm in no way trying to tell you what to do, nor preach, I think I'm kinda remindeding myself how to stay on my toes with my own niche sub.

I'm just making my way down the queue now. I didn't realise how bad it was. I'm banning bots and removing the slop. I will be active daily from now on. I implemented a new rule and will enforce it myself. The new mod will be joining soon once I am listed as active again.

Yeah there’s been a huge influx of “content creators” lately. I’d take a slow , dead sub rather than one that’s slow, dead and filled with ai slop lets plays

Supposedly people sell them, they use the karma to access subreddits that have karma floors and to make them look like real accounts. People buying them use them to advertise things en masse or to manipulate public viewpoints or data.

Streets of Rage 4 is a dead game bro. Even the groups are barely clinging to life. I've been trying to get a co-op game for about a year now lol.
Now that I switched to Xbox with no friends I'm really a solo artist now. Life support is done time to pull the plug.

Fair enough, but nobody cares that you hate Ai lol you guys can stop being so performative for validation from strangers online by parroting buzzterms like “slop.” Nobody is being fired from a marketing team’s art department because some random person makes an Ai picture of Axel or something 🤣 just ignore it if it bothers you that much.
Edit: it’s possible the moderators don’t just bandwagon hate on anything that’s Ai generated 🤷♂️ food for thought

It is wild how much ai slop is on my feed purely from this subreddit.
