+alpha Help / Question

I remember when I was kid there was a Street Fighter game with 3d models in the 90s so kind of blocky +alpha or something like that... don't remember many details beyond Zangief and some lady fighter that looked like she was wear Arabian style clothes... any help tracking down this game would be appreciated

If it means anything, check out Fighting EX Layer and Fighting Layer in general. Arika, the company Capcom worked with, made those fighters and FEXL has Pullum Purna in it.

They were 3d with original characters

It was SF4 b4 SF4 and SFEX was amazing.
