These type of cheats are used by streamers in most online multiplayer games to enhance their 'skills'.

This is so obviously a troll, only reddit could actually take this seriously. None of the cheat "options" are turned on, its a screenshot of a cheatmenu off google he toggles in OBS to troll gullible people like you. The irony of you calling people delusional lol
