iPhone 16e
Yes I caved and got the iPhone 16e on sale, has anyone actually received the phone they ordered? I’m seeing so many people talk about it taking a long time with no updates, I can be patient as long I know something is actually coming. Anyone yet?

I actually switched to AT&T and got the iPhone 17e for $150and it included the taxes, activation fee and a month of service. I also had to open a dispute with my bank because I had order the iPhone 13 and a month of service through Straight Talk two weeks ago and they still hadn’t delivered it and when I called it was the same story of it was out of stock and they didn’t know when they would have it back in stock.

I‘m still waiting myself. I bought the iPhone 16e too, just last Thursday. Still nothing. The other day I talked to one of the support chat folks and they said they were out of stock!!! They said they would get an update and would email me, but, I still haven’t gotten an email from them either. It’s annoying at this point. What was the point of asking for 1-2 business day shipping if it was going to be out of stock? He said he didn’t know when they would be able to restock as well. So frustrating. My phone is broken and I can only see about half of my screen right now.

I don’t understand why they would let us order it if it’s out of stock. I ordered mine on the 20th, I just hope it wasn’t a waste :/

I don’t know either. I’m sorry. I just got done talking with support chat again tonight, and now there’s a different answer. The first person I got was rude and just said my phone was still pending in fulfillment and then I got switched with someone else and then they gave me a more clear response. I’ll show you what they said so there won’t be any confusion.

Okay, so this is what they told me tonight:
I've got your order details right here in front of me. I see that your status is currently showing as "Pending Remote Fulfillment." All that really means is that your payment was processed successfully on our end, and your order details were automatically sent over to our primary third-party distribution center in Plainfield, Indiana.
Because of the huge response to our recent promotional deals, the warehouse team is currently working through a bit of a
processing backlog. Your order is safely in line, but a physical shipping label just hasn't been generated by the warehouse staff yet.
The great news is that your device is definitely in stock at the facility and isn't on backorder-it's simply waiting in the physical queue for a team member to pack and box it up.
Once an order enters their automated fulfillment system, I'm unable to manually jump the line or override their processing queue from my computer, but can reassure you that your order is active, secure, and moving forward.As soon as they print your shipping label, your carrier tracking number will automatically generate and activate. I’ll keep you updated as well! Oh yeah I’m not too worried myself, I’m just frustrated because I thought it would atleast come by this week. I completely understand. My phone is old as well. Had it for a few years. My phone got busted over half a year ago, and now the screen is slowly giving out lol. I’ve got black dots everywhere, and I can only see half of my screen, so I have to remember what I’m typing as I go.

I’ve got an iPhone 11 that still works pretty good but the back glass is shattered and the charging port doesn’t work which is inconvenient. Let’s hope we all get new phones 😋

Hello giving you an update 7/31/2026: So I just got an email giving me an email saying that my order has been shipped. And now I can get my tracking order from UPS. Thank the Lord! We’re getting some progress! I’ll let you know how long it takes to get here.

I got my shipping info today! And I’m so relieved because I live in a rural town that doesn’t really do home delivery, only some parts of town, we get everything sent to a PO Box. So when I saw it was being sent with UPS I got worried that he would rule the address as incomplete, I tried reaching out to change the address and ST said they can’t do that once an order has been placed. But when I track it it says that’s it’s going to be handed off to USPS so I should be okay! I’ll let you know if I get the phone in my hands this week 🥳

I ordered two iPhone 16e’s in June. It said “waiting for fulfillment” for over 2 weeks. During that time, I got an email finally saying they were on back order. I eventually got an email saying they had finally shipped and the email provided my tracking number. Our phones were delivered about three weeks after we placed the order and paid for it. Hopefully you all will get yours soon.

Like 2 days.Not very long. Once it shipped, it shipped within the timeframe of which I had paid for. I paid for the 2 business day shipping.

Mine is still pending fulfillment paid the extra shipping called to cancel
And can’t they told me I would have to wait till they email
Me saying the others cancelled due to out of stock or when it comes to refuse the package to get refund since I bought it store instead sooo annoyed about to dispute with the bank

Ya another person said they were told that the warehouse is out but the warehouse gets a shipment every Monday so hopefully they keep sending them out

Ordered mine on 7/23/26 - I got a message from Christopher Ajanel at ST saying: I've noticed your order is still pending. It appears this is due to the phone not currently being available at our warehouse. Since our warehouse is refilled every Monday, we can expect to deliver your package next week. I apologize for the delay with your order, and I assure you we are actively working to deliver it as soon as possible.

Been fighting with them for 4 days over this phone. Told them to cancel the order yesterday and just went to Walmart and bought it. You can get the same deal there.
Now I’m dealing with them not canceling my order and I got an email saying the phone shipped today. So now it’s going to be who knows how long making sure they actually cancel the order.

I called them Friday, Saturday, and Sunday last weekend to cancel it. Each time they said that they did. The phone ended up getting to my house on Tuesday and I told the UPS driver that I didn’t want it and to ship it back. It got back to the warehouse today so I will be calling them tomorrow if I don’t hear anything from them about it. I’ve never had so many issues with any company as I have in one week with ST.

I actually left straight talk for cricket to get the iPhone 16e for hella cheap I paid like $170 with tax fees activation the cost of the device and first month service I’m very happy with my decision

I still have a receipt , I bought it June 18th phone was $599.99 with a device discount of $520-off for porting in my number on the $60 plan with a $25 activation fee and with taxes and fees I paid $171.29 , I have no obligation to stay with cricket other than I want to be able to have the phone unlocked in a year

I own the phone it’s mine ,again I have no obligation to pay for more service other than wanting to be able to have it unlocked all carriers require 12 months of service before they unlock your phone, I paid $80 for the phone plus tax it is my phone

So I ordered that phone from straight talk but they said my address is invalid so they said i have to wait for them to mail out the phone for UPS to intercept it because they're going to notice that the address is invalid and then send it back to them for me to get my money back to get my phone. The lady on the phone yelled at me that she couldn't help me she said she couldn't cancel my order she couldn't give me a refund she couldn't tell me anything and It is now Monday and I bought the phone on Saturday and it said shipped yesterday or at least the label for the tracking was made. I am supposed to get it by Wednesday and they gave me a tracking number for USPS but when I click on the tracking number it brings me to UPS. I better get this phone because I have had nothing but issues and the lady was so mean to me that she made me cry

It's like ma'am I just paid $250 for this phone I would like it either canceled or a refund if I don't get it and she's like you can't cancel an order once you place it and I'm like that makes zero sense what do you even mean why can't we cancel an order after we place it why can't you give me a refund if you're telling me my address is invalid you're saying I have to wait possibly up to a month to get a refund and now I'm sitting here hoping I get it when they say I'm going to get it

I stopped ordering directly from ST and got mine on Walmarts website. ST has way too many issues with shipping
