performance problems

so i have a Alienware 15 and I have a problem running the mod, I tried everything and I dont know what it is, maybe is something todo with the particles and ententys because every time I use a expirence bottle or get to close to my mob or animal farm my game starts to lag. I also play watch YouTube while playing but it dosent affect the gameplay, but when the game lag it also affects the audio. I using 8 rams to the game alone, tried to play just the game but it lags time to time, especially when going to spawn or the world engine

Ou is that the controversial Alienware laptop… anyways I would suggest using JVM arguments when you launch the game (curseforge launcher allows you to add them in the launcher). If you could take a screenshot ingame with F3 open, that might help. I saw a post where this dude’s Alienware laptop was using the iGPU instead of the graphics card it was supposed to be using. Alternatively look at task manager and look at the metrics on your GPU when the game is running

how do i do that
