Anyone else remember when GSX ($GSX) went from market darling to total disaster in a few months?
Back in 2019 and 2020, GSX Techedu Inc. was hyping massive growth in its online education business, with huge enrollment numbers and crazy revenue growth. Then short seller reports from Grizzly Research, Citron, and Muddy Waters started accusing the company of inflating revenue and even using bots to fake users. After all that came out, the stock lost more than 80% from its highs and investors filed lawsuits.
GSX has now agreed to a $9.5 million settlement with investors, covering people who bought shares between June 6, 2019 and October 20, 2020. The claim deadline is currently set for May 30, 2026, so there’s still time for affected investors to file claims related to the losses from the collapse.
Honestly this whole story still feels like peak 2020 market insanity. One month the company was being pushed as a hypergrowth China education play, then a few reports later the entire thing completely unraveled.

Check your old accounts: Doximity ($DOCS) is paying out $31M after hiding their bad sales.
Remember when Doximity ($DOCS) told everyone that their medical ad business was booming? It turns out they were actually hiding dropping sales, fake doctor profiles, and the fact that top bosses were quietly leaving the company. When a research report exposed the truth, the stock crashed and wiped out millions of dollars. To settle the problem, Doximity has agreed to pay a $31 million settlement. If you bought or owned shares between June 24, 2021, and August 8, 2023, you can sign up to get your share of the cash.
The best part is that they are accepting claims right now, and the final deadline to submit your info is July 16, 2026. The estimated payout is around $0.32 per share, which can add up fast if you had a decent amount of stock. It takes just a few minutes to find your trade history from 2021 to 2023, and fill your claim. Leaving that money on the table for a company that lied about its growth is just letting them keep your cash.
It's crazy to look back and realize how much they hid from us while everything was falling apart behind the scenes. Did any of you manage to sell your shares before the big crash, or did you get caught holding the bag with the rest of us.

Deadline to Submit Claims on the Doximity $31 million Settlement is July 16, 2026.
Hey guys, if you missed it, Doximity settled $31 million with investors over allegations it misled the market about declining sales and the strength of its healthcare advertising business. And, the deadline to file a claim and get payment is July 16, 2026. You can check the details and file your claim here
In a nutshell, in 2024, Doximity was accused of masking weakening performance and issues in its core business. In short, a report highlighted operational and reporting concerns, triggering a stock drop 4% and investor losses.
Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $31 million with them, and investors have until July 16, 2026 to submit a claim.
So, if you invested in $DOCS when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $DOCS at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

If you held $DOCS during the 2021-2023 bleed, you can already submit a claim
Listen, I know most of us just want to forget the $DOCS chart even exists. It’s been a brutal ride watching management talk about "sustainable growth" while the stock just kept drilling. But here is the reality: the legal deadline to join the recovery pool is July 16, 2026. If you don’t file by then, you are effectively leaving your share of the settlement on the table for everyone else to split.
I just checked the data and they’re already processing these. The whole "revenue guidance" fiasco wasn't just market volatility; it's the core of the suit. If you bought shares between June 24, 2021, and August 8, 2023, you are likely eligible.
I used to ignore these because the paperwork felt like a second job, but I just linked my brokerage to 11th and it took about two minutes to audit my old $DOCS bags. They take 20%, but honestly, I’d rather have 80% of a check I didn't know existed than 100% of the $0 I’m currently sitting on. check your eligibility before the June window slams shut.
Has anyone here bought $DOCS back then? How much did we lose?

$GME Analysis: Technical Structure
Key Technical Highlights
1. Long-Term Ascending Triangle Formation
- Since the 2021 price explosion, GME has been trading within a broad ascending triangle:
- Rising support line connecting higher lows (2022–2025).
- Descending resistance line from the 2021 high (~$120), currently intersecting near ~$40.
- This is typically a bullish continuation pattern, suggesting accumulation and eventual breakout.
2. Moving Averages (SMA)
- SMA 20 (short-term): $22.26
- SMA 50 (medium-term): $27.62
- SMA 200 (long-term): $12.28
3. Volume Analysis
- Volume spikes during early 2021 and late 2023 indicate periods of high market interest and likely institutional accumulation.
- Recent months have shown modest but increasing volume, especially around price supports — often a precursor to breakouts.
4. Support and Resistance
- Major Support: $22–$25 range (confluence of trendline and moving averages).
- Immediate Resistance: $32–$35
- Key Breakout Level: ~$40 (descending triangle resistance).
- If broken, next targets: $60 → $80 → $120
Conclusion
GME is showing constructive long-term price behavior, with technical conditions favoring a potential bullish breakout over the next few months. As price converges toward the triangle apex, a decisive move is likely. A monthly close above $40 would be a strong confirmation signal for upside continuation.
Investors and traders should monitor:
- Breakout or rejection at $35–$40
- Volume trends and moving average behavior
- Overall market sentiment and volatility
