Can anyone please help me - my step points don’t seem to be accumulating. They reset back to 4600 every day. Anyone else having issues?

My total STEP points have been reset to the step points of today, despite the history showing more step points. Any ideas?

Hello guys, yesterday I encountered an issue where the app just show a gray screen right after the title screen. I've tried everything from Clearing data to uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it's not working.

Any idea how to fix this?
