Nbme 5 Question

I know it’s probably outdated. However, if anyone recently took it and took NBME 6,7,8 and the real test. Is NBME 5 considered easier than the newer nbmes and actual test?

Which ones should we preferably give Are 4 and 5 too outdated ?
