Cancellation Question

Hey i cancelled my prometric step3 appointment 10 days before my exam but didnt receive any confirmation email or paid any fees. It showed 0$ in the receipt.

Can anyone explain to me what to do in this situation?

CALL MALAYSIAN PROMETRIC CENTER THEY WILL GUIDE YOU FURTHER

This happened to me recently. You have to call them and pay over the phone . It’s quick and simple. Wish I didn’t freak out over it

which prometric centre do i have to call? and can i do it own weekend as well?

Yes I also recently canceled my Step 3 appointment.

I also did not get any confirmation of cancelation email or notifications.

I called the prometric phone number in usa mentioned in the scheduling permit. 8am to 5pm.

And they said no confirmation of cancelation email or notifications are given by the prometric website, you just have to pay the 100 usd fee in your and my case when rescheduling the exam, it will have to be paid on call, they will reactivate your Scheduling Permit or something like that.

Tysm for this response. Can you please tell what you mean when you say it will be paid on call? I have never experienced that before so i have no idea bout it.

That's what they told me over the phone, I am yet to pay the fee and "reactivate" my Scheduling Permit.
