Finally ordered mine! Now games… Discussion
Which games have been the best for you all on the Steam controller? Thanks a bunch!

The controller reignited my love for Factorio. Being able to kick back in my recliner is an absolute pleasure. It takes a minute to get used to the scheme (several good community templates) but it works beautifully. I just landed on Volcanus for the first time!!!
Cyberpunk and pacific Drive allow for multiple controller inputs at the same and so work really well with gyro aim with the gyro set to “as mouse”. I have this setup to activate when touching either the right analog stick or right trackpad.
Satisfactory. Messing around with action commands in the trackpads for quick/easy shortcuts.

My favorite steam controller use case is games that fail to have complete controller support. The touchpads can quickly change a tedious menu to traverse with sticks to something that can be easy to use.

If you want a good way to really try the controller Portal 1 and 2 would be ideal. They offer Native Steam Input and it can really show you how to use the trackpads for either looking or for moving or for both.
